Resident Physician

DTAP Clinic Medical Group (Republic Health Group Sdn Bhd ) is a dynamic group of GP+ medical clinics that aims to bridge primary and specialist healthcare, and whose brand is synonymous with professionalism and the highest standards of medical care.

We are looking for highly motivated Residential Physicians to join us in building our local and international brand and presence.

Job Description

  • Attend to patients’ medical needs with utmost professionalism and highest standard of care
  • Always treat the patient with respect and maintain an open and non-judgemental consultation environment
  • Keep abreast of medical information and developments
  • Participate actively in the group’s online medical presence including but not limited to answering questions on our blogs and forums and contributing media articles
  • Be an active and contributing member of the team, both in the clinic as well as the group
  • Working hours for discussion (expected 50 hours per week, able to work in the evening and/or weekends)

Job Requirements

  • Basic medical degree registrable with Malaysia Medical Council
  • Fully registered to practice medicine by Malaysia Medical Council
  • 3-5 years post graduate clinical experience
  • Experience in Infectious Diseases, HIV/STDs, Urology, O&G and/or Dermatology is an advantage
  • Post graduate professional certificates are an advantage

Clinic Assistant

Location: Various Locations( KL , PJ and Puchong)
Job Type: Full Time
Timing / Shifts: 5.5 Day Week

Job Description

  • Answering phone calls and patient inquiries
  • Maintaining records and file keeping
  • Cashier duties (payment collection, claims, basic account-keeping)
  • Patient care – Registration/ Scheduling appointments/ Dispensing medications
  • Clinical duties – Chaperoning doctors/ assisting in clinical tasks such as ECG, blood taking, dressing/ assisting the doctor in surgical procedures
  • Inventory Record – monitoring stock levels, ordering medicine
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic and ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Working experience in a clinic or hospital preferred (but not necessary)
  • Responsible individual, hardworking, willing to learn and a team-player with high level of integrity.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, written as well as spoken.
  • Able to travel and willing to work shift (only 2 shifts, no night shift)
  • Candidates who can start work within a short notice are preferred
  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  • Salary range: RM1,500-RM2,500

Purchaser Cum Admin Executive

Job Description

  • Researching potential vendors
  • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
  • Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Monitoring inventory and writing orders to refill stock
  • Tracking orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Reviewing quality of purchased products
  • Entering order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Preparing reports on purchases, including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Adhoc work

Finance & Admin Executive

Job Description

  • Lead and guide accounts assistant/s on matters related to the accounts of Malaysia clinics
  • Ensure proper internal controls are implemented to ensure proper checks and balance are in place
  • Ensure all claims are reimbursed in a timely manner
  • Support the Country Manager on all financial matters and serve as a finance business partner
  • Prepare and adjust finance journal entries as required
  • Assist in managing account payable and receivable activities
  • Handle adhoc duties assigned by the Supervisors
  • Ensure timeliness in closing the accounts and submitting the Management reports to Country Manager and finance business partner for review

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 years of working experience in finance or analyst aspect
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Highly motivated with proactive approach and curiosity around tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Work location based at KL Ecocity, Bangsar
  • Required to travel within branch when necessary

Operation Manager

Job Description

  • Assist the Company in ensuring a smooth day to day running of the business
  • Presenting findings to higher management
  • Installing, maintaining and enforcing Clinical Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs)
  • Perform training and supervising of new and existing clinical staff
  • You will also be part in charge of managing clinical issues in the Company
  • Lead and guide operation executive/ assistant/s on matters related to the operation of Malaysia clinics
  • Ensure tasks are completed within a given timeframe
  • Ensure proper internal controls are implemented to ensure inventories are in order with no discrepancies
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities organically and inorganically
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales

  • Develop mutually beneficial proposals with vendors and business partners

Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
