Finance & Admin Executive
Job Description
Lead and guide accounts assistant/s on matters related to the accounts of Malaysia clinics
Ensure proper internal controls are implemented to ensure proper checks and balance are in place
Ensure all claims are reimbursed in a timely manner
Support the Country Manager on all financial matters and serve as a finance business partner
Prepare and adjust finance journal entries as required
Assist in managing account payable and receivable activities
Handle adhoc duties assigned by the Supervisors
Ensure timeliness in closing the accounts and submitting the Management reports to Country Manager and finance business partner for review
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
At least 2 years of working experience in finance or analyst aspect
Highly proficient in Excel
Highly motivated with proactive approach and curiosity around tasks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work location based at KL Ecocity, Bangsar
Required to travel within branch when necessary
