Finance & Admin Executive

Job Description

  • Lead and guide accounts assistant/s on matters related to the accounts of Malaysia clinics
  • Ensure proper internal controls are implemented to ensure proper checks and balance are in place
  • Ensure all claims are reimbursed in a timely manner
  • Support the Country Manager on all financial matters and serve as a finance business partner
  • Prepare and adjust finance journal entries as required
  • Assist in managing account payable and receivable activities
  • Handle adhoc duties assigned by the Supervisors
  • Ensure timeliness in closing the accounts and submitting the Management reports to Country Manager and finance business partner for review

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 2 years of working experience in finance or analyst aspect
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Highly motivated with proactive approach and curiosity around tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Work location based at KL Ecocity, Bangsar
  • Required to travel within branch when necessary
