Operation Manager

Job Description

  • Assist the Company in ensuring a smooth day to day running of the business
  • Presenting findings to higher management
  • Installing, maintaining and enforcing Clinical Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs)
  • Perform training and supervising of new and existing clinical staff
  • You will also be part in charge of managing clinical issues in the Company
  • Lead and guide operation executive/ assistant/s on matters related to the operation of Malaysia clinics
  • Ensure tasks are completed within a given timeframe
  • Ensure proper internal controls are implemented to ensure inventories are in order with no discrepancies
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities organically and inorganically
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Develop mutually beneficial proposals with vendors and business partners
  • Handle adhoc duties assigned by the Superior

Job Requirements

  • Two or more years of proven success in an operations management role
  • Strong skills in budget development and oversight
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes
  • Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications
  • Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
